E-Meals!

Today I was stalking blog hopping around when I realized that my day was being wasted sitting on my bottom! I sure got a lot of freebies though!! :)

So, I went looking for something to snack on while I continued my stalking hopping! Checked fridge, no luck. Dug through the pantry cabinet, nope nothing there. After going back to the fridge and back to the pantry, I couldn’t find anything to eat!! Then I came to the conclusion it was time to leave, bear the 100+ degree heat and go grocery shopping. Dun Dun Dun DUNNNNNN. Grocery shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. It’s up there with dishes and taking the trash out. Blah!

Before you go grocery shopping do you make out a list and figure out what your going to eat for a week? How long does that take? 10 minutes? 15? Anymore than that and you don’t want to go grocery shopping anymore! Finally, you make it to the store and usually buy MORE than what was on your list! I feel your pain!!!

Well, blogging is all about sharing and I want to share what I do when it comes time for grocery shopping! I sign into my E-Meals account, click on my weekly menu, click print, and I am ready to go! Under 5 minutes!
Here is the link to the amazing website!

EMEALS EASY AND DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES

Let me tell you how it works!! You choose what types of dinners you want and you choose the store you grocery shop at. My husband and I use the low-carb meal plan. There are so many different meal plans to choose from (even gluten free and organic!) and there are stores that you choose. I shop at HEB and there is not a list for HEB, but they have a “any store” choice.

It’s $15 for 3 months! That’s $5 a month! So 5 minutes a week to plan your trip to the store… $5 for the whole month. Keeps sounding better and better, right??

Your menu is updated weekly with 7 different meals and if you don’t like one of the meals you still have 6 others to choose from! My husband and I enjoy the different meals. I have never seen a meal repeated yet.

Here is a sneak peak at my menu and shopping list for this week!

This is a sneak peak of a menu. Tells what you will need and how to cook it! I keep this hung on my fridge for each day.

This is a sneak peak of what the shopping list is. Let’s say you decide not to cook the meal on day 5, just cross it off your list!

  1. Wow! That's a great concept! The price isn't bad either. It's hard to juggle everything during the school year so this would be great! Thanks for sharing! :)

  3. This looks great!! I have been using the Once A Month Mom website but so far this summer I just don't want to spend the time to figure it all out. I am heading over to check this site out. Thanks for the suggestion.
